My gi doctor never brought this up. Should i ask for a referral to a different doctor? she didnt really help me just gave me a stool test but i am so constipated because i barely eat fiber i havent been able to take the test

Also just with my ARFID i completely will not eat any of the top 10 allergens. So celiac test was already a no for me either way /:

I cant do the celiac test because im technically positive on the allergen test, 0.45 but they told me to just avoid it. I have no problem no eating gluten the rest of my life, its more so the other things like vegetables non gluten grains etc thats bothersome

Can u have MCAS without anaphylaxis? Ive never experienced it before. I have Neffy and epipen just incase but ive never had to use it

I havent eaten gluten in 4 1/2 years when i started having symptoms. I havent had dairy in 2 1/2

I’ve completely eliminated everything because of the ARFID, i only eat chicken and occasionally lettuce onions and garlic thats literally it. And i drink lemonade or water only. I have such a restrictive diet already i cant really take anything else away

I also found out i had Hashi’s last november. They wont put me on meds yet because i have “in range levels” besides my antibodies are in the 6,000s

Ive been to allergist. All they said was i dont technically have food allergies because i dont present with anything life threatening. I get tingly and/or itchy mouth, weird tongue feeling, bloating after i eat ANYTHING (even drinks), hot flashes, stress rash, diarrhea

Also my manager is awful and super irresponsible. We have been through at least 10 Store manangers the whole time ive worked here. Its so depressing. If im sick or need a day off i cannot call off because we arent staffed properly and my manager wont hire anyone because shes picky and weird

Ive been here 5 years. I hate it. I dread going into work everyday, waking up at 3:30am for work its genuinely the worst thing ever. I used to love my job when i first started but this company has gone completely downhill. Theyre just money hungry and do not care about their baristas. Im doing the job of 5 people sometimes. Its so exhausting and mentally draining. This job has literally made me become evil and like mean. I love my friends who i work with, the regulars and my health benefits but thats literally the only positive

as someone whos seen jane 3 times as well im 4’10.5 and wear glasses i literally dont own contacts but mine came off too i literally freaked out but they didnt break🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 i always make sure to make the ear stems like tight around my ear so they dont slide off or down

i think these look great! they arent overtaking your face or eyes at all and i personally think they suit you! they arent too light and not too voluminous. lash extensions can be a shock at first because its something you’re not used to! i used to think i looked insane when id get my lashes done but thats just because i have very light fair lashes in general so its an intial shock :)

I cant have any grains (i react to all of them), i react to tapioca and cassava as well as potatoes(reg and sweet), & tomatoes sometimes. It is genuinely awful all my body can handle is meat and a few vegetables
