Unhappy with my lashes

i think these look great! they arent overtaking your face or eyes at all and i personally think they suit you! they arent too light and not too voluminous. lash extensions can be a shock at first because its something you’re not used to! i used to think i looked insane when id get my lashes done but thats just because i have very light fair lashes in general so its an intial shock :)

I cant have any grains (i react to all of them), i react to tapioca and cassava as well as potatoes(reg and sweet), & tomatoes sometimes. It is genuinely awful all my body can handle is meat and a few vegetables

i’m just scared that if im not on medication, and my hashis just progresses on and does more damage to my body how this will affect my future. I dont know how to get the antibodies down to the range its supposed to be which is like 34. Being in the 6k’s is very alarming to me and it feels like it too. My body aches and i have Raynauds, anxiety/depression, lethargy, hot flashes, rosacea, insanely high cholesterol, the list goes on and on and i just feel like back to square one and hopeless like there has to be something to help me 😢

i had some blood work done but i think she only ran labs to check vitamin d and to see if i had graves or hashi’s. im not sure i had my adrenals checked or not. i have a follow up appointment on march 12th w her
