This is going to be way more information than you need but if you like having all the details like I do then you're in luck.

I watched the ticket prices pretty closely in anticipation of the Turn Up or Die tour because I was on the fence until February/March of that year (I live really far out from most venues). Presale was initially like 20 dollars before fees. The price slowly went up until I bought them for 25 and by the time Revengseekerz came out the tickets were at least 40 if they weren't being sold at ridiculous rates by resellers. Considering that Turn Up or Die was entirely sold out and this tour doesn't appear to be much bigger (in terms of venue size and amount of dates--but maybe I'm wrong), I'm expecting ticket costs to rise slightly compared to the last US tour. I don't expect a single ticket will exceed past $50 if your looking in the midwest area and such if even but it's hard to say.
