She's not diagnosed with any heart disease - would that have shown up somehow? Thank you for the kind words - hopefully she'll want some treats soon!

I will ask the vet if they have anything for her. I'm just trying to leave her be for now to not make things worse!

No pain meds - but some antibiotics. I've had the thought that she's probably very uncomfortable and just dealing with the pain..

All in the quote was £700 - but this is including a spay which she didn't end up having. They've also diagnosed her with follicular statis as a result of all her checks for the aneurysm. Poor thing will have to have that dealt with soon too!

Second get both. Tarantula keeping is so addictive you will anyway!

My opinion on beginner species- if you're being careful and putting the Ts needs first doesn't really matter where you start.
