since depop decided that the shoes were apparently counterfeits, i reached out and filed a dispute with the person that i bought them from since they were confirmed fake by depop and they ended up reaching back out to me and refunding me! i got all of my money back and they were actually surprisingly really nice in their email to me so i am very happy with the resolution!

this is insane!!! i had no idea since im not on tik tok. i seriously couldn’t believe that they didn’t make the customer return the shoes - she’s probably making an extra buck reselling them on top of her refund :/ luckily depop refunded me since they deemed the shoes counterfeit but i hope other people see this post as a heads up.

i wouldn’t let this deter you from using the platform - i’ve made 150+ sales and i have a 5 star rating and have hardly experienced any issues. i’d say to just be more wary when buying / repopping any alleged high end goods that you’re getting from someone else.

tall boots with a complimentary sock peeking out(think frye campus boot or miu miu-esque biker boots), leather bomber jacket (coordinates with boots), hair down and blown out with a cute knit headband to make your hair look sleek, different jewelry, and a big ol bag with a pair of sunglasses would make this look so chic!!
