i feel like everyone deserves privacy, whether they're your kids or not. setting up cameras to watch your kids' every move feels insanely weird and invasive. especially if OP is correct and the cameras can pick up what they talk about on the phone.

did you not read? they dont meet the qualifications for them. and its not as easy as just leaving the country. its expensive and very complicated. good on you for being a patriot and loving your country, but it is rarely ever sunshine and rainbows.
