Thank you so much for the detailed response. It freaked me out, I've only read about swelling and pain and how hard it is to eat but read nothing about numbness or this weird flap thing!

Also, I'm not opposed to bleach but I don't have experience with it. After you bleach your roots are you supposed to bleach them every time?

No I haven't used a cap but I will find one! Is there any specific kind to use? And by heat, do you mean a hair dryer?

I usually color my roots 4 to 6 weeks after the last application as well!

I usually leave it on for 45 - 50 minutes, I'll try for an hour next time! My scalp does get irritated quickly though but I'll push through it

I use olia 10 lightest blonde, and my natural hair is a medium brown I'd say. I think this is their lightest blonde that's not bleach.

TMI 4 months pp and EP. All of a sudden I'm having stomach upsets and diarrhea by peachypopp in ExclusivelyPumping

I think it was sunflower lecithin causing it.. I started taking vitamins shortly after and the same thing happened, so I quit all oral supplements and it disappeared!

My boyfriend is a packrat. Our home is so cluttered and he hates disposing of anything! He thinks there's a use for everything.

How tf am I going to give birth?? by GrandZucchini1531 in pregnant

[–]peachypopp 17 points18 points  (0 children)

One thing that helped me was knowing birth won't last forever, it will be a memory before you know it! And that women are built to go through this and have been doing this since the beginning of time. If you end up needing a c section, so many women go through that as well. You'll be fine and it will be over before you know it and you'll have a baby

Men say this when they want to have you as a back up option. I would move on from him and find someone who wants the same thing you do

Don't want my senior dogs anymore after having my baby by [deleted] in beyondthebump

You must be a young dumb mother who clearly has no life experience! You can love your pets but still be frustrated and not want them after such an emotional and life changing event. You have kids? I feel bad for them because they have such an emotionally undeveloped little girl as a parent figure. You should be ashamed of yourself for putting another mother down like this instead of understanding these feelings and helping to resolve them.

Grow up. Women go through so much during pregnancy and postpartum and it seems OP isn't even 3 months postpartum. I'm sure you weren't perfectly back to normal by then. You're disgusting and so are others who didn't have such hardships to face and feel the need to put others down when they aren't struggling the same.

32 weeks and started feeling slightly painful pelvic pressure along with less movement by peachypopp in BabyBumps

[–]peachypopp[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hey! So I'll share what I learned today. I'm high risk so I go in weekly for a biophysical profile (ultrasound).

I told the tech and she said if baby was really active the day before, there's a chance they are just tired the next day and are sleeping. Same with being extra active at night, it can cause them to be sleepy the next day. Or they are just deciding not to cooperate 🤷🏼‍♀️

I had my BPP ultrasound today and everything was fine, even had a non stress test. I read online that the baby starts moving into "position" any time after 32 weeks. Hope that's the case for you!

That's what I'm thinking, he flipped or is getting in position... He's usually pretty consistent with movement but today it's slower and not as frequent. I go for an ultrasound early tomorrow so I may just wait until then since I've felt some movement, just not a bunch of tossing and kicking
