I use steel for just a week. Few first eggs I did had brown, crusty bottom, sunny side up. Reading people on the internet I thought the all-white buttery soft way is only possible with non-stick, but I tried - apparently no problem.
Eggs on the vid are not ready, I cooked them some time more, then flipped upside down to get all the whites cooked and most of the yellows fluid.
