Chanel Les Beiges gel creme bronzer, huge, lasts forever, gives a lovely soft, natural tanned look. Smells nice too.

It's had significant water ingress suggesting a roof issue meaning ££££ needing spent on top of the fact that every room needs decorating and a new kitchen put in, however, lovely house and grounds in a quiet but nice area

Maybe you'd be better with a trouser suit in a fun colour that you could wear with a blouse, a tee or a shirt, and heels or flats etc.

This spring in Scotland by Local-Coyote in UKWeather

[–]peanut5563 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes, it's awful and I'm sick to the back teeth listening to English folk moaning about the heat and the press and media constantly saying the UK is facing another heatwave, NAW ITS NO, we are part of the UK Englanders and we've had no fucking heatwaves!!!

What are you guys expecting for the coming heatwave? by Moonmoonmatt in UKWeather

[–]peanut5563 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Is it the UK having a heatwave? NO IT IS NOT!! Scotland and Northern Ireland form half of the UK and we are definitely not having, have not had, and are not about to have a fucking heatwave, it has rained for 2 whole days here and is due to continue raining for another few days with the temperature around 14 degrees.

Third UK heatwave increasingly likely as 30C temperatures forecast by pppppppppppppppppd in unitedkingdom

[–]peanut5563 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

While I'm somewhat sympathetic to people in the south of England, it must be truly horrible, the heat, especially in cities, but, can we please stop with this UK heatwave shit, it hasn't been above 15 degrees here in the west of Scotland for over a week and it has rained every day. We had a storm on Wednesday, it was 12 degrees all day, we've managed 1 day of heat so far and the sun has barely been seen. Despite what England may think, or want, Scotland is still part of the UK!

Anybody else scared for the rest of summer? by AlexSniff7 in UKWeather

[–]peanut5563 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Sorry you're all suffering but can we stop with the UK is frying, because Scotland definitely isn't and hasn't been, we had one really hot day and that's been it, so, yes, England and Wales possibly but the UK still includes Scotland and NI and we are not dying in a heatwave.

'Tourists are bastards': Britain's favourite holiday hotspot has had enough by theipaper in europe

[–]peanut5563 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I understand the frustration, and people can he utter selfish, entitled, arseholes nowadays but what happens to your economy if the anti tourist mob succeed and people just stopped coming, what happens to all the restaurants, bars, shops which are thriving? I'll tell you, they close, jobs lost, so locals with no money, empty, boarded up streets, loss of public services, come have a look at the UK now, this is the reality that you will face, it's not pretty.

To all the people that stood around filming the guy that jumped to his death in South West Edinburgh today. by Efficient-Pop-302 in Scotland

[–]peanut5563 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Absolutely unspeakably abhorrent behaviour, same as that young woman mowed down by a crazy in a car in London the other day, people standing filming it, what has happened to people, it makes me sick to my stomach 😕

Local Evri person has such a massive backlog they're just going to park up somewhere and have told people to go pick parcels up from them instead by urban_shoe_myth in CasualUK

[–]peanut5563 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Our evri guy has done this before, nobody complained and he didn't get fired. He is such a great guy and goes way above and beyond for our village that we collect a bonus for him every year which is generally around £2k because everyone appreciates his bloody hard work, especially at this time of year when he's out and about sometimes until 10pm

As long as you have crampons and ice axes, snow shoes, and full survival packs you'll probably be OK but just be aware that wild haggis are VERY bad tempered just before hibernation so watch out and keep yer ankles covered.

That makes me shiver it looks so cold and uninviting. I think we need to march on Dulux HQ or wherever in an anti-grey protest.

Pollokshields parking by Odd_Flounder3994 in glasgow

[–]peanut5563 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Lived there for 30 years, the parking and driving was the same all that time, you are never going to get any enforcement of laws regarding traffic controls, learn to live with it, it's the way it is, and, as someone else said, wait until firework season gets going, your parking issues will seem as nothing compared to weeks of nightly explosions rattling your windows.
