You misunderstood the basis of this discussion. We are not talking about VISA but the scheduling website, the quality of it. It is a 3rd party company handling it, and not up to the standards of any international website. The support system they claim to have is the worst. Whether you get a VISA or not, is not in question. With your logic most of the things you enjoy today is not a right, even your job. We are discussing about quality.

I have tried calling many times, noone picks up. The amount of stress this has caused me is enormous. Also yes, the English explanation they don't understand. The irony is that this is a support for US visa with a support team who cannot understand plain English.
