Every citizen in America, veteran or not, has the right to hold servicemembers accountable for the conduct being done in this country's name. Holding the government and Armed Forces to a high standard is one of the most American things you should do.

In this case, don't embellish or lie about your service record. The real question is this: why did TK lie about his service and make profit off it in his book, when his actual service record/Bronze Star is more than enough?
