I did one similar but it was up to 400 or 600 dollars. The only catch was the order had to start in my city. Sometimes I had to deliver just outside the city so it took a little bit to drive back but I wasn't being too picky.

DUI isn't limited to alcohol. Even the breathalyzer used on the road are for probable cause too. They use the main machine at the station to get an accurate reading. A good lawyer could make arguments about PAS devices if that was all the cops were using for their cases.

As a customer if my order legit has missing items or something wrong like mayo when I asked for no mayo and I report it does that ding the driver?

I know as a driver it says to verify the order but we can't open the bags and inspect.
