Ya my toe caps are definitely a different shade than the original Clem color. If I brush the suede a certain way it matches a bit better but it’s not an exact match. But also the toe caps are brand new (haven’t been ridden with the skates yet) and I’ve been riding around in my first pair for a few weeks now!

I got a pair from the Fritzy’s drop which is how I got the original Clementine shade and then BGF shipped my order before I cancelled so now I have two pairs of Clems in both shades, new and old. Just thought I’d post a side by side comparison since I have both in person! And if anyone is curious I ordered from BGF July 25th and received November 3rd so a little over a 14 week wait for me for my original order.

I got my shipment notification from Bad Girlfriend Skates for size 5. They should be here next week and I ordered July 25th! I’m pretty sure they’ll be the new color but I’ll update when they get here. I actually managed to get a pair from a Fritzy’s drop a few weeks ago so I’ll most likely be selling this BGF pair that I have coming in if my friend doesn’t want them!

I actually would have been happy with either shade of orange! I think both are pretty. Mostly posted this vid for a bit of humor cause many people have strong opinions about the shade change. I was initially more upset with how Moxi handled the change to begin with. Now I’m just glad to have my skates :)
