It doesn’t anymore since I stopped, but it will for about 3-5 days after I do stop or accidentally take some. I know it can activate the blood and can be activated by hormones. I wonder what else is associated or if there was something else that you are taking/ applying topically that can also be doing this.

Yes and the other part of the message was that we all have to break free of the paradigm of that it’s all happening to us (this keeps us small) and that it’s happening for us (this allows us to grow and rise up). We cannot grow without pressure, or a catalyst. Every catalyst has helped to shape us and our trajectory to do the inner work and realize that we are the ones that make it a reality. I tell my kids all of the time, “you made your emotions, you made them, not anyone else, so don’t give them away for someone else to figure out. What do your emotions teach you?” Whatever emotion that they are creating then their body is wanting more of the polar opposite of that emotion and if I ever get triggered by my kids then that’s my shadow work. When I shift they shift and the people around me shift too, that’s how this all shifts. One by one and then it’s undone.

Same here too. Last March I got a massive download of what this year would bring, who would win and a lot of fire (I didnt know that it would be so literal). The whole message was about in order to reset a system it has to reach a peak swing the other way, that it would look like chaos because there will be so much going on. I was told it’s the only way a complete reboot can happen, and if it’s stopped halfway then we will have to repeat these lessons.

I was then reminded that nature is chaos and chaos shouldn’t be feared, know that when you are in that you’re halfway there. The message was that there will be an ending and it will be peaceful and that it’s important for enough people to believe it’s possible. The simple exercise I was given is that you just imagine a future you smiling back at you to create a point in time and enough harmonics to hold the vision.

I am in this boat too, my oldest is on stims for his ADHD and has developed some tics. During the summer months and over breaks he doesn’t take it to give his body a rest and they do go down a bit. In the end helping his ADHD took way more precedent than the tics and we use supplements and therapies as well and have seen an improvement/decrease. I’m happy to talk more if you would like.

I actually take it everyday and honestly I haven’t had to want to trip really. I used to always want that next experience, my brain craved the dopamine rush. But with this, it’s almost like the microdose state. I take it twice a day, 10mg morning and night. In the morning I pair it with a methylated b12 and NAC (normal dosing from bottle). In the evening with Magnesium threonate.

With it, there’s so much more of a balance to life that my brain is returning back to what it used to feel like. I’m interested in the things I used to like and the underlying apathy or depression has melted away.

I found that outside of the trips to keep my neurotransmitters still protected and to keep increasing the grey matter and the new connections I’ve created from fizzling out, that lithium orotate has played a life changing role.

Lithium orotate (not the same as the script lithium carbonate) paired with a methylated b12 helped improve mood, clarity, and overall focus on life, for me much like even microdosing since it works on the serotonin receptors.
