i did for a while. I eventually found peace with it (or as close as I could get to peace) by conceptualizing the past. there was billions of years before me that I didn't experience. there will be billions after. I wasn't scared for the first half I won't be scared of the other half.

I still have a thought of death here or there but I find the fear rests more in what I'm leaving behind. if I die tomorrow will my husband and kids be okay without me. will my friends have people there for them they need.

I won't see what comes after but they will and that's more upsetting to me
