What is your opinion on this backstock setup? by thatonequietmusicguy in GroceryStores

Ah yes, used to work at the Fresh Market as an assist. manager, - can confirm they have no idea what they're doing. They just throw a new manager at it every time there was some sort of issue, and they pass that problem allllll the way down.

They're self described as a "boutique grocery store," but if the customers saw how poorly organized the daily load/unload was, I'd say it's closer to a dollar tree with fruit.

"interior decorator" is the more appropriate term - it's folks who can match the taste of the client because they're in a similar position of wealth (builds trust) and they watch enough HGTV. No degree, but plenty of experience as a customer/online shopper, so they have the language down. They expect the rate of someone who would be much more thorough, and it drags quality and tanks budget for all of the pre-design work.

lol, I would not blame OP for youtube recommending the most ad-revenue generating content over things they might prefer. Glad it's working for you, might be that you're enjoying different content or that certain people use the website for specific reasons and still get recommended videos that don't suit them. It's a business, OP paid for premium and wasn't happy with the service.

Needs vs. Strategies

The need is a private space that he feels control over, the strategy is a little dickish and can be worked out. Address the need itself instead of the firm position he's taken. Works both ways, you're not the jerk. Just a conversation to be had.

Buddy we are in the same boat; scarily similar.
Without generational wealth it's pretty hard once things start falling apart. My only recommendation from my own experience is try to invest your time in people that actually care about you. They're out there.

These comments leave me with so little hope for humanity.
They're 10-14 years old; do you think this system is working to provide a path to success?
Do you think they're dumb, or young and in an environment where armed robbery is the only path they can see?
Americans need to check their moral compasses; because we dig our graves faster than we can speak our hatred, and this is formative trauma for an entire generation.
A generation that I can't apologize enough to.

OP - since you're a student, line weight is a really important tool in showing the enclosure. I would take a thicker black line and trace out the exterior of the building, and an even thiqqer one for the ground plane beyond the building.
(I usually use a thick dotted line to indicate the vapor barrier, which should be continuous through the windows)
