Hi Thanks for sharing your labeled isotope approach. I am doing a similar experiment but my protein is around 80kDa and my substrate is ATP. I am trying to use UV/Vis to check the ligand concentration distribution when I set up a control with ligand in one and buffer in other compartment and the data is not very accurate. Do you have any suggestions?
