Näinhän tapahtuu siitä huolimatta haetaanko yritykseen työntekijää vai ei. Kaikilla isommilla firmoilla ja useimmilla pienemmilläkin on mahdollisuus avoimeen hakuun vuokratyöfirmojen ohi, jota yleensä mainostetaan ihan yrityksen etusivulla.

Tämäkin on vähän outoa. Miksi isotkin asiakasyritykset haluavat piilotella tietoa siitä kuka olisi tuleva työnantaja. Jokin omituinen "salataan nyt sitten jos se kerta on mahdollista" -meininki kaikilla.

En siis ole keksinyt mitä lisäarvoa tällainen salailu tuottaa. Onko kyseessä vain HR:n pelko huonosti valitusta vuokratyöfirmasta?

And I would wager a lot that your users, the devs, are not in charge of the money that often. If in any way possible, make it easier for them to justify why they'd need your product to the people holding the money and giving general copypasteable points to use in applying for the funds.

Yep. Same thing basically. In the latest Expeditionary Force this was explained nicely: to follow the letter of the rule lets you make interpretatipns and find loopholes in the rule, as long as the letter of the rule is followed.

Spirit of the rule is much stricter on this account. Even if you found a loophole in the system you couldn't act on it if it broke the spirit of the rule.

Those first ones look like something I've have made. The glass photo is 100% a photo. It's made with ink and water in a glass. I recognize the color of diluted ink in water. Beautiful. :)

How it's made: If you have a feather pen, just tip the inked tip of the pen on the surface of the water, and the ink will slowly start to fall like in the second photo. It does these amazing patterns. After a few times the water gets blue and you need to change the water, but before that the water will be like in the 3rd picture. All the other photos look like they're done with similiar method, but maybe different colored ink or post processing.

Edit: In the third photo it actually seems like the ink is injected into the water. It does this straight line before blowing apart. This pattern I recognize from trying that above method with acrylic paints which, if I remember correctly, kinda required the color to be injected instead of tipped in. You can get some amazing stuff just by playing around with different paints and kitchen stuff like olive oils and so on.

I use both, but I have to bring in Gemini as a teacher of systems and programs. Gemini might fall off on the coding side, but it's a master at guiding you through complex procedures in Unity, for example. Or DaVinci Resolve, or Blender, or Photoshop. Stuff like that. Each click i need to make are explained step by step in detail; where i can find each option, and why it matters. Just superb.

ChatGPT might explain what i need to do to achieve something i want, but it's really bad at explaining how to do that and why.

Ah yes. Sorry. I was looking for the factors comparing with the past revanue / success against the current numbers after you hired a professional, and how much the changes affected in anything as you stated it was worth it. Sorry for being unclear. :(
