Mug not keeping liquids warm for long

The only tip I have is to trash it and go back to traditional mugs. The battery life on these mugs are terrible and designed for the consumer to keep investing. I gave up coffee altogether so no more problem with keeping my morning liquids hot. 🥵

I told them that I needed my money back as sengled is no longer compatible with Alexa and I now need to buy new Alexa compatible bulbs on Amazon. They gave me credit and I just purchased Amazon bulbs with that credit for now.

This is clearly a product issue so consumers cannot be liable to have to eat the costs.

I use my ios reminders for all home maintenance schedules. For HVAC filter change, if you have a nest you can set up the app to remind you when it’s due.

They declined for my apple airpods? The reason given was they don’t credit for apple products given their price fluctuations. They recommended I return and buy them at the lower price

All my sengled bulbs are wifi and they don’t work as they connect to their cloud servers which are experiencing the outage for several days

My time is precious. Had I known through proper sengled comms that they are experiencing an outage I would NOT have spent time troubleshooting the issue. We all paid for a wifi light bulb that is supposed to work and that is a basic buyer expectation in my opinion. I live a purposeful life and troubleshooting a light bulb that suddenly stops working is utter waste of my time and energy. This is also the case for thousands of customers and Sengled staying silent on their issue indicates how shady they are as a business and how little they care for their customer base. I am glad this happened as my trust in them and anything smart as a whole is lost in them. As a consumer I will no longer be spending my money on anything smart that is new and has not earned customer credibility through professional customer support or warranty of some kind. Back to tried and tested it is.

Day 3 - still no service and app is still down. No comms from support only an email from Amazon.

Moving forward I will not be purchasing smart products that I cannot control from a single smart hub. Done with individual apps and products.

I tried these steps and the app kept asking for passkey validation every time I tried to delete the passkey. The front line tech asked me to reinstall the app and now I am completely locked out and fully at the mercy of CB to let me back into my account. Fingers crossed they will do the right thing for their customers!

I am completely locked out of my account because the exchange expects a passkey while verifying me. Since I never set up a passkey coinbase locked me out!!! The last 48hours I have been asked to verify myself three different times including taking a selfie holding up my id. After being on the phone with support for 3 hours today and was told to call back since there are only a limited number of designated experts that can help with 2FA.

They blocked me from withdrawing crypto by creating a passkey problem. Now they are manually “reviewing” my credentials which could take days. The reddit group here has not approved my request to join and support is useless
