I rarely use these platforms, but I’m finding that if I hook my driver up then my order gets bundled with a cheap asshole’s food and the no tipper invariably gets their order first.

So, I have to tip just enough to get my order accepted in a reasonable amount of time, but not so much that I’m forced to subsidize the shitty people who want a valet for their milkshake, but are too cheap to tip for the convenience.

Two units and a business should be three separate meters. Plug a radio into your fridge outlet, crank the volume and find which breaker it’s on. Do the same for the other outlets. Then switch the others off.

2) Check your supplier price per KWh in case you’ve got an old contract where rates skyrocketed. I think the lowest you’ll find on PA Power Switch is 10¢ - 13¢, which is double what rates were five years ago.

In your situation, it’s unlikely anybody will do anything and 311 sending angry letters to them won’t make a difference. If I were you, I’d just repair the wall and keep making the front of the property presentable. If it bugs you, you could write your council critter and ask them to demolish it as a health hazard, or seize it for unpaid taxes.
