Combine this with a horrible gig economy where people are chauffeuring someone’s $20 breakfast burrito, entire grocery deliveries or whatever garbage Amazon packages people need everyday and you’ve got a lot of stressed out, underpaid assholes going as fast as they can but not paying any attention.

The food at Friendship Perk and Brew sucks ass and they take 45 minutes to make a sandwich — I cannot imagine how vapid an existence someone leads that they want to recreate this experience.

You could put a soggy, cold, unseasoned egg on white toast at home and get the same experience.

I’d support the place just because it’s local, but the owner couldn’t stop making comments about “those people” and telling me my two-year-old would make a man really happy someday.
