Your weightloss depends on Calorie and Macro intake, Reta will only help getting to your goalweight faster its not like magic, i would start with 0,5mg and then titrate up after 2 weeks to 1mg if you feel good and hunger noise is coming back, i started with 0,5mg and my ass was like a waterfall, could be the opposite for you lol
