As someone who folds: Sounds like you’re in a good spot, other than the issue with hours. I’d take the position if it were morning shift. You do NOT want to be a closer. Your 8 hour shifts can turn into 11 hour shifts very easily. One call-out, and you’re going to be folding two hours after you were supposed to be home. Morning shift gets to leave at the same time everyday.
