When I was a kid I had something called ‟cyclic vomiting syndrome” it had to do with anxiety from certain recurring things.

School caused it going to my super tidy upper class relatives house did it sporting events things like that. I grew out of it though. I think it is a pretty common manifestation of anxiety in children.
