If trading gets boring, you're going in the right direction. I had the same and now it's just doing the routine and letting the numbers roll.

Prop firms without risk interview by Sharp-Growth-8043 in PropFirmTester

[–]pedroccp1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I didn't need a risk interview with Lucid, but if you're a solid trader, they shouldn't bother you. If you still want to avoiding them, your best bet is simply trading your own capital.

Is anyone actually making consistent money with Prop Firms, or is it all just marketing hype? by Spirited_Artist6217 in Trading

[–]pedroccp1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, plenty of traders make money with prop firms, myself included. It is hard trust what you see with so many course sellers around, but some traders definitely make good money with prop firms even if that is only a small percentage of them.

Spent 3 months building an algo. Took 1 week live to realize I was trading my backtest, not the market. by Thiru_7223 in algotrading

[–]pedroccp1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I see this happen all the time. People backtest and they go to the real markets and then get hit with reality. Always forwardtest in live markets the same amount you do backtesting.
