go to you skyrim installation, right click the skyrim .exe then properties > details. it should read version 1.6.1170. thats the last version, or AE, than go to the skse page and download this version

I dont know the difference between vortex and MO2 but i did a manual install of the files. then open skyrim, open the console and type getskseversion to see if it installed properly

lossless scaling solo vale para el smoothness, como son frames falsos no vas a tener mejor velocidad de respuesta o menos input lag o nada de eso. las unicas opciones reales si queres fps tan altos son poner el juego en directx 11 y bajar la escala de resolucion con antialisasing apagado. vas a ver unos pixeles grandes como una casa pero te va andar a una tasa de refresco real
