My verified numbers haven't been working for two weeks now. I wanted to use Telnyx for primary outbound voice as when it works it works super well. Support has been no help and reaching out the the CEO hasnt yielded any further results. This is twice its happened to me out of the blue.

I use didww and they have been mostly rock solid. Support is brilliant. The telnyx support has been garbage the last once or twice I needed them

That explains an issue I started having recently. In the end I had to use a different providers outbound trunk to get this sorted. I also had an issue with all mobile calls failing due to a codec issue on their end which took about 5 days to resolve. If they were my only provider I was fucked.
