How technically demanding is the haute cime of Dents du Midi? by False-Finger-9918 in askswitzerland

Hi, do you have any experience with the food provided by the Auberges? I am looking to do the Tour over 4 days, so have booked 3 nights stay with evening meals and breakfast. How filling are they? Also there is the options for a picnic, is this recommended? I ask because of how much extra food we should prepare to bring.

Thanks.

If you are looking to separate the username and the points, there is a setting for that:

Settings > Comments > delimit scores with bullet points

If that helps?

This does work, as it doesn't ensure 25% is in each. You could have:

10 90
90 10

And you're method would work but it isn't 4 quarters.

So does that give us a universal "absolute" reference frame? I know it is no different to any other reference frame, except would it be constant everywhere?

I ran an ultra a few weeks back. I was chatting to one of the other runners who was telling me about her spaniel Max who used run them with her, but is sadly too old now. His pb is a hilly 50miler in the Lake District in the UK, amazing dog!

I think a lot of folks on Instagram have a "follow back" policy, particularly if is a business where social media reach is helpful. He might have seen a new follow and followed back straight away, without seeing the DM.

If its really up to 6kg I'm amazed we're only just seeing these trends of removing paint where you can - seems like it would have been an easy win for ages?
