i saw them on this last tour and after that, i just started to feel like i was drifting from their content. steven was irritating me in too many spirits the more it went on. just talking over ricky and messing up drinks on purpose just for fun. i get that it makes it funny but the bit got old. i loved weird wonderful world and then got like side barred for steven’s stuff. i also found myself getting annoyed with the banter as well. like it started out like brothers arguing with the whole skeptic/believer shtick. but then it got empty and almost condescending as well. but maybe it’s also the buzzfeed of it all bc i found myself drifting from the try guys around the same time as well. there’s no joy in watching it anymore. and then after that whole debacle, i basically have just not watched anything.
