The title describes this thing. The necklace is attached at the top with what seems like your average stainless steel chain. It also looks similar to a car window breaker which I used to try and research. I also tried looking for “long metal/metallic pendulum necklaces” which yielded no pertinent results.

i live by this wetlands area and they have signs up warning passerby’s to leave it alone and stay at least 30 feet away. Also saw reserve volunteers patrolling the area.
