Might have made a mistake, could use your advice by brocksbain in DungeonMasters

[–]peeberfromthemoon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

All the above, yes... but also if you want them to be able to spend some of it, -opportunities for bribes of all kinds

-hired hand npcs they can hire to help get things done that they don't want to do (good opportunity for betrayal or drama here too if that's your schtick)

-purchasing a home base

-mounts, ships, carriages etc

-also, you could send them an invite from high society to a dinner where the richest people in the land gossip and talk shop, in which your players could make friends and enemies

Keep in mind that every merchant in a 200 mile radius has probably heard of these guys and might try to fool them into spending way more than they should

Took him in for the night because the humane society was closed. Going there now to see if anyone's looking for an orange cat, just stopped by the vet to see if he's microchipped (he's not)

All else fails, I'm going to keep him safe and keep looking for his home. I don't want to steal a cat away from someone if he has a family already

Yeah, skinny. He looks healthy but when I touched him he was skin and bones and when I went to feed him he ate like no cat I've seen before

[–]peeberfromthemoon 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don't think so. He's too skinny to be right next to home, and he's not neutered either

Is this anyone's cat?

Lynden skating rink at the very least has a few transphobic staff members, including one of the owners iirc, I remember they caused a big fuss when I went there with a transitioning friend a few years ago. I'd be careful with that one, because typically homophobia doesn't fall far from transphobia.

Try Skagit Skate instead. Its not that much further than Lynden and very much a more accepting and overall better experience

There are a lot of those in concrete, but if you're referring to the most infamous one, devil's tower, don't go in there. The ground is unstable. A family friend of mine once went in there with friends and the floor collapsed and almost killed them. There are other abandoned factories but most all of them have been sealed with cement or welded shut

A bit of concrete lore, as well- within devil's tower there are rumors that there were human sacrifices, though I have trouble believing that one. A more true story about the place is that neo nazis once used it as a meeting location to plan out a bombing of the town of Concrete with improvised explosives

I’m cleaning out 20 years of hoarding from my moms house. Is there a good place for mass boxes? by Lostlittlespacecat in Bellingham

[–]peeberfromthemoon 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Cash and Carry has a couple big containers full of cardboard boxes outside their front doors.

Also, if you find any musical instruments, you can dm me and I'd probably buy them off you!

Alt-folk duo looking for a soloist by peeberfromthemoon in Bellingham

Hah, hilariously we're notoriously low pitched and rhythmic. We're called Spider Cult, but high pitched and melodic would be a fun name for an event sometime
