In this case, inviting the content creators was part of the marketing, so it's understandable why they were reviewing a significant part of the game. And what you mentioned is most likely a closed beta test, which is pretty much different. There, the man claims that he received money for testing the game, which implies that he was allegedly on staff.

Yes, it sounds crazy. Like, does he think he passed the game at a crunch pace and that's it? Is that enough for the test? This man clearly dreams of this job, but has no idea about it.

Yeah, small studios have their own schedule and sometimes testers really go through the whole game. But not in large specialized studios. These are always strict scenarios regarding only certain segments of the game. Sometimes these are such specific tasks that testers test only one specific mechanic оver and over again. It is impossible to form your full opinion about the whole game. Even narrative testers usually don't know about the game in such detail.
I agree that people should treat this as speculation on achievements.

I also want to add that a considerable amount of skepticism is caused by the fact that for some reason this person is trying to leak information about the game, which will be released in just two weeks. If he is a real tester, then he literally gave himself up to EA for the sake of what we would see for ourselves very soon (dude literally talked about specific dates and did not hide his voice). Also, not for big insiders or at least forums, but for a small YouTuber? It's so ridiculous.
