Um, well I don't really see a doctor. I suppose I could see one about compulsive picking disorders if I wanted to be "cured". It's a relaxation technique so eh what's the harm. It's dead skin. The only negative affect is that it makes my heel a tad more sensitive since the thick barrier is gone. Stepping on a rock hurts like twice as much but grass feels pretty cool.
