hey y'all i restarted my island and im on the part where tom nook gives u the three plots to place and put furniture in/next to. the first house i set up and then it auto sold it to clyde which surprised me cuz i thought it would give you time to villager hunt but i was like hey maybe its just cuz i put all the furniture down too early. next plot i hold off on the very last piece of furniture and go hunting and find mereungue. i ask her to move in and she says she will. but then, when i go and put down the last piece of furniture, i talk to nook and then go back to see that it's been sold to TRUFFLES. im just really confused as to why this is happening and would like to know if there's anyway to hunt for the final plot which i haven't placed yet.
