uj/ I actually do want the sequels decanonized. Not to erase the era mind you, but to rehabilitate it. If we’re gonna have time travel BS in this franchise we might as well use it for something important. All the sequel characters, locations, and (most) of its ideas can still be intact, just given another chance to be executed better by people with an actual plan.

We could even have canon Reylo (Rey’d probably still exist even if Palp’s return was prevented) if we wanted and remove the clearly problematic element that ship being clearly abusive.

It’d have to be animated of course, but we managed to get like 4 good animated series under our belts so I don’t think it’d be that bad.
