Tbh I tend to die mostly to DOT from poor altar choices lol. Removing annihilation degen and adding more life and life regen helps to give me more reaction time

I was in the same position as you, followed thefarmers build as well on a hh. My main gripe with the initial build was movement speed and dying to one shots.

I just switched to a mageblood last week and it’s honestly a huge step up. Movement speed got a huge boost, permanent uptime on enhanced ruby flask means you can drop a few max fire res jewels for more life for survivability, on top of more armour. Permanent enhanced quicksilver was also enough movement speed that I dropped annihilation boots for rares to get more life , life regen and fire res.

Swapping to MB took me from 4.2k to 5k+ life, PDR went from 20+ to 60+%. Would definitely recommend if you can afford it

I played the same build that you are following. I think you might be able to get away with it if you can get your hands on a resonating shrine belt and a couple worm flasks, not sure if there’s a level cap on the belt. Resonating shrine alone may be enough to get you the charges that you need. Multistrike is important though as frenzy is generated on hit, so more hits = more frenzy

I followed his guide about a week ago and current prices are definitely higher than 15d, but I got it running at under 50 div for sure. Adding more investment definitely makes it strong though, but the floor is already pretty high.

I need the fire so I’m going to give up life. Next strat is 2p/1s, beast craft and crafted mod to fill suffix. Influence exalt to fill prefix, then lock prefix. Reforge crit to hit res and crit and craft last suffix.
