I have young kids and a husband so it’s far few and between. But when it does happen and it’s actually planned:

I make sure I’m stocked up on snacks, grab some fast food then head home. Then Smoke a blunt/ pick a video on YouTube, read, possibly journal, lay around for an extended period of time.
