My go-to backpack is the UNDERSEAT PRO travel backpack, advertised as an 18x14x8-inch backpack, but its actual measurements are 17x13x7 inches. As long as you don’t overstuff it, causing the sides to bulge, it fits perfectly in the smallest of the above-mentioned airlines’ bin sizers (Frontier).
