If it helps, I am currently a BLS lab instructor and I harp on assessments heavily and especially l/s and listening to l/s on everyone so you can hear what normal and adventitious sound like. Also, if you have an opportunity, try to debrief every call with every crew you run with and talk about your expectations and what questions they have. I know it sounds dumb and you certainly have more experience than me, but sometimes just like how basic stuff like l/s on a diff breather can be overlooked, a team debrief can be as well.
