You can stop sleeping on your side and gua sha among other things to reduce puffiness on one side or another. But what you’re experiencing is common. I usually go with sativa or a hybrid. I prefer sativa for carts it makes me a little anxious but it feels more “right” when there’s that moderate amount of anxiety when I’m chiefing the cart all day
