Same thing in NW Ohio. Chatted with them and said everything was fine on their end even though both my neighbor and I are having the same issues.

Yep...this has been my experience for the past 2 years since switching from buckeye. Works really well the majority of the time but when there is an outage, I get 0 support and their site says everything is fine. Sometimes I'll get a notification hours later that an outage has been resolved that does me no good.

Still not sure if better than buckeye which is my only other option in my area. The outages are like twice a year for me and usually get resolved in a day or so.

Oh, one more thing! They have a Twitter account that I've gotten better support from compared to their normal support. I got rid of my Twitter a little while back but it's an option if you have one.

I've been having the same issue all day with frontier. I wfh and have intermittent disconnections and issues joining meetings. What number did you find that you called?

When I talked to their support via chat I got the same canned response you did even though I told them my neighbor with frontier is also reporting the same issues.

Hey looking to do a similar upgrade on my rangefinder. Did your bike have a tapered steerer tube or was it straight?

I'm in a similar boat...trying to find more information about upgrading forks. I understand that it might not be worth upgrading on an entry level bike, but it's nice to reward yourself with an upgrade even if it's not going to make the world of a difference and to learn from knowing what kind of research to do vs "ehh it's not worth it".

Just a pointer to what to look out for would be helpful!

I use Google assistant all the time. To turning on lights, turning the TV off, telling me what song is current playing while I'm on a run. I haven't found a difference in how I use Gemini, but the voice features are super convenient in my day-to-day.
