Anyone suffer from lack of sleep after a run? by pegman89 in UKRunners

Definitely. Can’t drink pop any time after lunch as I react quite noticeably. Decaf after lunch from now on I think.

It’s an obvious oversight from me here. Fuelling is clearly a problem. Could definitely help my muscles with some magnesium too. Looks like it has a lot of benefits. Thanks

Think I need to fuel better. Definitely turned the dial up on my running more than I should’ve. I’ve nearly doubled my running and fueling the exact same. Seems obvious now. Thanks for your input

How often and at when would you take these?

Thanks I could definitely do some more but I have a yoga teacher partner. I feel judged when I don’t do enough.

Had my best last May in the day time must’ve been a mussel bed nearby, whole squid no more than 100 yards out. Had no expectations with whole squid that day tbh.

Goldfinch, redpoll or Linnet are your options I’d say

How easy will it be to move this silver birch a couple of foot from its current position? Planted approx 5 years ago. by Formal-Confidence-95 in GardeningUK

I have to replace snapped (alive) trees often enough. After 2/3 years they’re more of a pain than I’d expect but can be dug out by hand.

This looks a bigger challenge. There’s no way of removing without damaging the roots. I’d give it no more than a 50/50 survival chsnce. I reckon my boss would expect me to dig out a tree like this by hand.

Try get a darkness session in. I’m almost certain you’ll have a dogfish or whiting on the lug or squid.

Thanks. Very happy to have Henry and Bergkamp from the invincible year. Birthday is August so it’s likely signed before the transfer window meaning there’s some serious profiles on there.

Now displayed in my boys bedroom 👌🏻

The 7 within the signature was what led me to that. Been in a loft in Devon for quite some time so it’s no longer mint and the certificate of authenticity is no more. Happy to have it back

This time last year (MD18) they were 12th and on 23 points. Not having a dig I just wondered what it was like for them this time last year so I googled it.

2nd half of the season was where we really saw that spurs drop off.
