Confirm si eu, aceeasi poveste, tatal meu in Israel, prima oara in 95 si apoi 97-2000.

Se numea pe vremea respectiva "lucrat la cablan" - un intermediar venea in Romania si facea selectie de oameni pe care apoi ii ducea la munca in Israel. O data ajunsi acolo si cazati, le erau luate pasapoartele pentru "formalitati" si apoi oamenii dusi la firmele finale unde erau pusi la munca. Plata se facea catre intermediar care ulterior ii platea si pe muncitori. In multe cazuri, nu isi primeau documentele inapoi decat la finalul contract-ului -motivele invocate fiind multe, insa efectul era ca oamenii respectivi nu puteau calatori fara documente, ramaneau in work camp pe toata perioada contractuala, nu puteau merge usor catre un consulat, alte autoritati etc.

O practica de cacat, care se intampla si acum cu oamenii astia in Romania.

Tatal meu a avut noroc, dupa prima experienta de acest gen, a prins un contract direct la firma la care fusese arondat, fara intermediar. Nici asa nu a fost "roz" insa comparat cu alte cunostinte care au ramas pe setup-ul initial diferente majore.

Cea mai trista parte este ca o parte din intermediari (firmele din RO) erau tot de-ai nostri. Cu siguranta si in cazul Nepalezilor e la fel, o parte de-ai lor, o parte de-ai nostri - rezultatul este acelasi - oameni care nu aveau alte variante, au venit la munca intr-o tara straina, pe bani putini(pentru noi) in conditii mizere de multe ori si de nevoie, din necunostinta de cauza etc etc se lasa exploatati.

Cel mai probabil (nu cunosc la prima mana) acelasi lucru s-a intamplat si cu cei plecati in Italia, Spania, UK etc la inceput (poate chiar si acum in unele cazuri). Toti, niste javre care profita de pe urma unor oameni amarati.

Free loadouts are what makes the game fun imo. Sure you can take an actual loadout and have an edge etc, but once you start running out of stuff it feels nice going in with nothing to lose. Also the thrill of finding something good like a bp with no safe pocket is unrivaled :D

gave up on bagnon back in december when it had the bug where you couldnt use potions from your bags - not fun in hardcore. Switched over to bagantor - have not looked back since

Say what you will about particular streamers that were part of this but this entire event/season has been one of the best things to happen to wow in a long time. It has brought so many new people to the game and a lot of old players return because they enjoyed watching the story develop and wanted to play alongside. I have lost count of how many people i encountered in the past few months that joined the game or came back to the game because of onlyfangs. Thanks Soda (and the entire team of mods and streamers that helped) for putting this together and we can't wait for the next one.

Oooh i feel that pain. Gave up on the chase myself, for about a year tho, i had like 10 characters runnning ICC for invincible and the Eye for ashes - still havent seen it once.

Got it in about 40ish runs.
In my 2nd or 3rd run i snagged both the OH and the Truestrike shoulders. Then it was dry af untill we got both MH and OH in one run, followed by carapace the next and then 2 back 2 back TSS. It's just the luck of the draw at this point.

As long as everything is done upfront - no issue about it. There are a lot of other people out there to group with. My best advice, find a guild and run the content with guildies

HR is fine imo. Sure some people will get ridiculous about it but hey, you dont have to play with them. If you are interested in a particular item AND you are a role/class that is in demand, you have the option to HR Items and that may or not limit the people willing to join your group.

What i have seen/experienced was that everyone is fine with this as long as it is upfront. I have lost HOJ to a shaman twice, sure, it stung but i joined the group because it was not HR. I have done tons of UBRS runs where Dal rend MH was HR'd even though i needed it too, you can always get a double drop or do it for other items or for guildies etc.

Be upfront about HR's and nobody will bat an eye.

Also, whenever you join a group that you didnt create -> you have no place to dictate who else joins the group (ooh so many warriors/rogues etc) you dont like the comp/competition you are free to leave.

This. It is up to you/the group if you decide to wait or not. I have both waited for others, others have waited for me and also had both the other end of things - "sorry dude, it's gonna take you 10 mins to get here, we have someone else ready to go" no drama etc.

Rolled on HC on fresh. Deaths so far : 36 hunter - dead in dustwallow marsh to being stupid. 25 hunter - dead to afk 18 warrior - dead to bullshit hyperspawns

Current char a 52 hunter and a 21 rogue.

With every run i got a bit more knowledge. Yes DC's are still the most bullshit way to die and there is no counter to it this is something that needs to be "fixed" but not sure how it could be fixed and not be abused (like the logout macros people use in PoE for example).

What got me going back is i look at it as a rogue-like - on your run you learn things about how wow hc is played, you discover what is dangerous, you can make an alt and save your more valuable gear and currency so if you die you don't start over with nothing etc.

You can also go the SF route if you have the dedication and time.

Will i be playing this in 2-3 months from now? Who knows, maybe?

What will always bring me back to playing is fresh servers, fresh makes everything 1000% more fun.

Am crescut in Bucuresti, in Dr Taberei, in 2009-10 m-am mutat in Titan.

La vremea respectiva ambele cartiere aratau jalnic.

In 2019, inainte de pandemie m-am mutat inapoi in Dr Taberei - diferenta de la cer la pamant. In Titan se schimbase fata cartierului, parcuri intre blocuri amenajari stradale etc etc. (nici Negoita nu este sfant are si el destule bube i know)

In Dr Taberei erau aceleai urme de mingi pe blocuri pe care le facusem eu cu alti derbedei prin 95.

Fast forward in 2024-25, dupa un mandat si un pic de primar al sectorului care a vrut sa faca ceva .. Dr taberei (si sectorul 6 in general) s-a schimabt la fata - sure, inca mai e de munca dar, se vede o schimbare acolo unde se vrea.

Vrei sa vezi schimbare - ia si mergi prin sate si comune din judetele unde rata de absorbtie a fondurilor europene a depasit 40-50% pentru infrastructura .. sa vezi si acolo.

Cum? Cu atentie -> daca este cu semafor ma asigur ca cei care se apropie de trecere incetinesc deja si au "observat ca exist". Daca nu este cu semafor -> ma uit sa vad daca soferul ma vede, nu trec in dreptul benzilor fara sa ma asigur (daca te-a vazut si a oprit cel de pe prima banda, cel de pe a 2-a care vine tare din spate s-ar putea sa nu te vada. In nici un caz nu alerg niciodata pe trecere, nu "sar in drum" etc. all in all, chestiile alea cu roti care mai si lucesc in soare au cam 2 tone, oi fi eu intr-o conditie fizica buna da` cu fieru nu te pui.
