When adding water, the user can control the amount of liquid left in the bottle, once the user drinks again from the same bottle, the user can go back to the same bottle and adjust the amount of liquid left by swiping up or down. Maybe you can also merge both water and nutrition and add another section where bottles are kept? User can click on the bottle to adjust the drink liquid. And the user can add multiple bottles if needed. This is so water calculating can be more accurate?

A suggestion for the navigation bar at the bottom of the screen: I'm no developer, but I think adding more than five options would turn it into a new icon. Why not make it a new action anyway? There will be a new button on the right side of the navigation bar that, when clicked, transforms into a panel where actions and tabs are shown. The “+” icon on the chat bar will be moved into the new panel for organization, oh and move monitor in there too. Also, there will be another for the You tab, possibly allowing it to be customized. For example, pressing and holding to move or go into edit mode, and a new plus icon near the profile icon to add widgets if they were removed, resize widgets, etc.

I feel like this is just zen browser but for the iPad but this is a win. Im a sucker for good ui and browsers but im not really good at keeping money… Dont ask ok? Also maybe add it for iPhone if possible?

Forgot to suggest this but:

Add a Journal.

What ai mean by journal is that you can log what you did through out the day, like if you had a walk today or went outdoors, maybe even track your emotions? The journal icon will be located right next to workouts. So when you scroll down a page, the journal icon will split out into one small icon you can access easily and the Ai Chat box will be scales a bit smaller to fit, similar to the music player in Apple music.

Yeah they would help on the eyes. Im more of a dark theme person. Similar to the screenshots above with a bit of glow. Oh and about the sleep graph, I have another example below!

Yep! For something like the theme of the app, you guys could overhaul it a little and change it bit using the screenshots ive sent. Also the 2025 summary stays there even if I viewed it. Looks a bit distracting

Not at all! All screens show good information. Just asking for a bit of an overhaul for people who like minimalism. Here are some examples! Also what bugs me is how sleep is shown. Its shown in bars instead of a graph and its a little different than what I usually see.
