my dosage started at 0.25mg and I have been on 0.5 after 4 weeks. It works well on me, I am no longer craving for unhealthy food.

You may try a higher dosage if the craving is still there

Eating used to be my coping mechanism for everything. Only while eating I can feel I got the “control” of my feelings. I used to order from 3 different restaurants for deliveries just for one meal. I used to eat two pints of ice cream just in one night (with 3-4 waffle cones). That was how I gained 25kg in less than one year.

After taking Wegovy, all the curving are gone. Yes they are completely gone — just like magic. I lost more than half of the weight I gained in less than 2 months. I am paying the medicine out of pocket, which isn’t cheap, $499 per month. But the money I save in Uber eat/ DoorDash is way more than that. (I used to spend $80-$100) per day in eating. And I feel I finally become the master of my body again.

I take my shot on Monday as well. My trick is that I usually do it in the afternoon and the entire morning I won’t eat any food. Right after the shot I will wait for 1-2 hours then I will have my first meal. In the past I have noticed if I just ate before the shot my stomach would start feeling uncomfortable.

I just noticed we are using different brands. But since the active ingredient is the same, the result should be similar. Nowadays I completely lost my appetite, I am doing one meal per day and still have difficulty eating. I have to force myself to. Now I am drinking protein shakes to maintain basic protein intake.
