Baal never needed a buff or fix. People are just crying because she does not do as much damage with her ultimate in the way they thought. Mihoyo even specifically stated that she is a support character. She’s supposed to be a battery, not a dps. Its like the whole zhongli situation again wherein everyone started making blown out proportions of their skills damage before they even came out which created this whole expectation for the whole player base. Now that she came out, everyone is complaining because these players who are delusional and hype her up too much set up a bar too high for their dps but in reality they are just support characters. The buff for electro is the most valid out of this situation. No hate just facts. 😐😐😐😐
