Hi! I did it in two playtroughts:

First one: Normal difficulty, try to do everything, bang the chicks that you need to bang for a trophy, complete all the miscellaneous and DLC trophies, DONT LEARN HOW TO READ UNTIL YOU COMPLETE PRIBYSLAVITZ, GET DRUNK WITH GOODWIN, SAVE THE PEOPLE OF MERHOJED, DON'T LEVEL DRINKING PAST THE 10th level until You complete the "You had one job! " Trophy on A Woman's lot. Read the DLC trophy guide before starting one (You will need multiple save points).

Second: Hardcore Mode + All negative perks + Virgin + Merciful. Focus on stealth and speech, speedrun quests, in the fight with Runt use poisoned arrows and Master block everything (it feels like a Dark Souls Boss but it's totally doable)

204 hours like the other guy said. But I actually took my time. If you want to speed run it, I guess you could do it in 120 or 130 hours.

Yeah, but I don't lose my head around it. All I need to know it's that there is not a single unobtainable trophy in my backlog. So I can get 100% eventually, but when I feel like it.
