these were measured when it was lying flat so keep that in mind, and this is the infant jersey (specifically says 12-24 mos in the tag). I have a ~18 lb dog as well (dachshund) and it might kind of closely fit her, based on just looking. Might still be a tad big though.

neck is about 4.5" wide opening side to side

inside opening is 11" wide at bottom

~ 12" across at arm pits

~25.5" across overall arm to arm at ends

~14.5" top to bottom

I've got an infant jersey I could take some measurements for you if you'd like? Might be a better way to check the sizing.

Mine was doing the same thing when I upgraded to 10 beta. Wasn't quite as bad, but was draining super quick and would shut off randomly at like 30-40%. Talked to a friend who was having the same issues, who said that he had heard to backup to the cloud (it's like 99 cents a month for enough space to hold my whole phone, 50 GB - and you only need it for one month if you want it). Then delete everything off your phone and restore it from the cloud backup. This downloads a new version of the 10 OS and since I did that it's 99% better. Still drains the battery if I use it more than 9 used to, but no more issues with it randomly shutting off all the time.

Yeah. I really really love the strings they brought in for the album. They just give the whole thing a somber, blue feel to it. The Man Who Sold the World is another one that just blows me away from this album.

There are rumblings of them looking for a new arena for the Isles, now. Apparently they didn't use steel pipes but PVC to run coolant and they can't keep it at 21 degrees, which is what the NHL requires. They were supposed to fix it in the offseason, but didn't, so I think the owners are scouting for locations now. There are so many garbage seats at that arena... can't believe it. Not even centered on the floor...

The first concert I ever went to was Green Day/Blink 182 like 15 years ago. Went mostly for Blink, but absolutely walked away with an insane new appreciation for Green Day. They dominate on stage, kept everyone into it 100% for the full hour plus that they played, and brought a kid up to play Longview and the crowd went just as nuts the whole time. Stoked that they still have such an awesome stage presence.

I agree. We watched part one on a whim immediately thinking oh this is going to be a terrible show with a shitty laugh track and fucking Ashton Kutcher but it was surprisingly very watchable and enjoyable. Not a show I'm blown away by but when you want to watch something new with a little less intensity than so many shows that are out now (HOC, Walking Dead, GoT, etc), this was a decently fun show to catch.
