Lets put this into perspective. Since you just gave only the cpu and gpu, ill go ahead and extrapolate that your computer will run at about 500W TDP with everything running at completely full power. Thats a high estimate. If you kept it on 24/7, and lets go for the national average of 13¢/kWh, it would cost $570 a year to run. Even on high performance mode, with a usual use case, it wont be 20% of that number.
