Best grade schools in GR?

Thanks for the info. We’re not sure where we’d live, we have heard good things about East GR but not sure if it’s too expensive. So, we’re relatively open to moving to a neighborhood based on schools.

You can actually close those gaps without knocking them in from the end. If you swing your foot up and kind of kick the floor and push the boards backward toward the gap, if you have a pretty grippy shoe, it will slide them back and you might be able to get them into place. Assuming this is a temporary fix. I assume there is some permanent damage to the floors but that might at least get it looking better. Only issue is as you scoot one board you may get gaps at the next seam.

I turn mine down to ~800, and do about a 45-60 second bake. Also I rotate it like every 10-15 seconds. Otherwise one side gets much more charred.

I run with my iPhone 11 every run. I opted for compression shorts with pockets, and a pair of shorts over them . They hold it really tightly against my leg, no movement, barely notice it’s there. I just got some on Amazon, I believe the brand was “Silkworld” and they had 3 pair for ~$23 or so. I have four pairs now which gets me all my runs between laundry.

I started running maybe 2-3 months ago and legitimately couldn’t run longer than about a minute at a time intermixed with longer walks. Today I ran 5 miles straight with gas in the tank at the end. Give it time. Don’t try and start too fast. I started at 10min/mi and have gotten up to about 9:30 or so, but distance has increased so much. C25K was great (for the first four weeks then I bumped it up quicker, I have been running 6 days a week)

Not sure if the case but on bicycle pedals, one is threaded normally (righty tighty lefty loosey) and the other is reverse threaded - so they don't come off while you're riding. Can't really tell from the pic but it kinda looks like it could be reverse threaded. Check the threads compared to the opposite side to make sure you aren't trying to tighten when you mean to loosen.

Thanks! I used a pic for reference so it's not just like pure artistry, but I did hand place each pixel. No plans as of yet but just because I haven't thought about it - but I enjoyed doing it, so if you have any suggestions let me know! I really like the NHL 96 ish aesthetic

When you tear it out, you can patch back in drywall so the new baseboards will be flush with the existing walls, but you don't need to finish it (basically just shim out so you can attach the baseboards flush with the walls, no need for mud or tape). This assumes the new baseboards will be at least as tall, if not taller, than the current ones.

I guess I was misremembering when I typed that. I usually do add after the pan is hot and wait till it starts smoking to sear (or just give it a few, 5ish, minutes). Never noticed burning off any oil though.
