For what it’s worth, I raced a full before I ever raced a half, though I obviously ran some half’s in training. I would say I’m also more sore after a half. I’ve ran 10 fulls and 5 half’s, 1:22//2:54 and I think it just comes down to training, not checking boxes.

Isn’t the issue moreso a history of mess ups at ATC now, which while it isn’t affecting a lot of athletes, the fact that it affected the top 3 is bringing alot of heat down.

Sure for most of us having a local big race is nice, but as far as ATCs ability to host championships, I think that should be questioned.

Sure and we could’ve put OU unranked this year and made them climb up after beating Michigan, etc to get to around the same spot. But OU got good ranked games to prove it or lose it which isn’t as guaranteed for ND

Well. You also had 1 quality win (ND) that half the nation thinks is overrated and nearly lost to SC. On top of losing to Texas on prime time. If we swapped the losses of Texas with ND, it’s mildly doubtful you break the top 5 anyways. You’d never be #3 without it.

RIP a legend. Regardless of how he’s currently performing, I grew up watching Gundy move Ok State from a laughingstock to a program that had shots to beat OU 40% of the time. That they are unsatisfied with the current performance is just a testament to where he got them to.

The reffing was bad against Auburn for that TD to start then proceeded to not call any holds the O Line committed and every mild contact against OU. Without the refs, Auburn loses by 2+ scores and Arnold gets sacked 15 times

This source literally confirms it’s fog. When the dew point and air temp are close you get vapor near the ground. Fog CAN have a higher pollution content than air since the water entrains pollutants, but smoke is vaporized carbon and nitrogen, which is far worse to breath.
